You can stay as long as you would like, but please arrive at least one day prior to the wedding date. The minimum night stay is 3 nights.

For planning purposes we appreciate you booking as soon as possible so we know how many rooms to hold!

FLIGHTS are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. You will fly into Puerto Vallarta International (PVR). Please do not purchase airfare until your room is confirmed. Amy will request your flight details closer to travel. She will need them for your transportation set up.

We have rooms held at group rates. Please book through our group with Amy at Destination Weddings to help us with our planning and your attendance.

The deposit to hold your room is $50 per person or $100 a room. Any travel insurance that is purchased will be required at booking as well. The system will automatically calculate this for you as you book online.

Rates include, all snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks), non-motorized water sports, taxes & dining gratuities.

Yes! Ensure they are free from any rips, stains or watermarks & must be valid 6 months past the return date of travel.

Unfortunately the booking site does not allow for more than four guests. Simply email Amy ​at amy.cate@destinationweddings.com and let her know. She is happy to help with accommodations.

We have worked with Amy and the resort closely to hold rates and provide group rates that ​will not change during our planning process. If you should see it lower online, please reach ​out to Amy at amy.cate@destinationweddings.com to let her know and she can attempt to ​price match it for you.
